Time Tunnels, 2023

‘Time Tunnels’ is a video collage series built from live video-feedback paintings. Using a technique I developed, objects and animals construct themselves in three dimensions inside the feedback loop, growing slice by slice. Animals, faces, landscapes and fragments of humanity repeat, but never identically. Each return is altered by overlapping forms and the painterly chaos of feedback, nesting into one another like unstable Russian dolls. The work mirrors humanity’s cycles: forms and ideas are reborn, but reshaped by concurrent forces, so no return is ever the same.
